We are peacefully situated near the ancient city of St. Davids and just 1.5 miles from the spectacular coast with its variety of beautiful beaches, cliff walks and nature reserves. In the spring and summer, the whole area is ablaze with wild flowers and it is also a paradise for bird lovers.The long distance coast path is within easy reach and for walkers doing long stretches of the path, luggage transfer can be arranged.

Torbant offers bed and breakfast, using mainly home grown and local produce for our hearty breakfasts – fresh eggs from our own hens, home made marmalade etc; special diets can be catered for. We have 3 rooms, all en-suite and 2 on the ground floor, with comfortable hotel beds, beverage trays, hairdryer,clock radio, shaving point and TV/video. There is also a guest’s lounge with plenty of books and information, and a useful utility room for laundry and picnic preparation. A colour brochure is available on application.

For the evening meal there is a wide variety of eating places within easy reach of Torbant – from cosy pubs to high class restaurants, details with menus are listed in each room, and we can offer lifts to the nearby pub for walkers without a car.

Whitesands Bay (pictured opposite) is typical of the many beautiful beaches near Torbant, in the spectacular Pembrokeshire National Park with its 186 miles of coastal footpath.

The area is noted for its abundance of wildlife. The Atlantic Grey Seal breeds here in the autumn. In springtime, the cliffs are massed with a great variety of sea birds and wildflowers.

The islands of Ramsey and Skomer are easily accessible from here. Swimming, surfing, golf and pony riding are just some of the many pursuits available nearby. For the more adventurous, there is an activity centre in St Davids where tuition is available in surfing, coasteering, canoeing, cliff climbing and other water sports.
