Church View Cottages
Church View Holiday Cottages comprises a small complex of four luxury stone cottages set around a landscaped courtyard, opening out to patios, open lawns and landscaped areas to the rear.
The cottages, recently converted farm barns, offer luxurious self contained facilities offering accommodation to families, independents or groups with the will to relax, surf, follow wildlife, walk, cycle or follow historical routes in the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire.
The Cottages are located on the edge of the tranquil village of Rosemarket, adjacent to the ancient Church of St Ismaels. A central landscaped courtyard set with lawns leads off to a fenced pond, patio areas, barbecue sets, car parking, lawns, recreational facilities and children’s play area to the rear. The complex provides a separate laundry/drying room (ideal for drying wet suits and the like), bike store and internal playroom which catering for all ages as well as an external playhouse and swings area for the younger element.


The land acreage of approximately 14 acres, is occupied by a former Iron Age Settlement know as the Rosemarket Rath, with the remaining area taken by open fields, woodland and small horticultural area. The open field areas although used to keep a train of very friendly but curious Alpacas allows short walks right on the door step, longer walk and cycling can be achieved by accessing the former Brunel Railway line that now forms an ideal walk / cycle route, this former rail line bisects the land ownership in its lower reaches.
Church Views’ central location, most of Pembrokeshire can be reached within a 20 mile radius (a half hour drive), makes Church View ideal location for walkers, cyclists, golf enthusiasts, historians, sightseers, wildlife lovers, sandy beaches, coastal path walks, theme parks, water sports, Pembrokeshire National Park, bird watching or for those simply seeking a relaxing holiday destination. Tenby (sandy beaches and activities) to the South, St Davids (smallest city and Cathedral) to the North, St Ann’s Head at the head of the Cleddau Estuary with the famous bird sanctuaries of Skomer & Skokholm to the West and Narberth as a traditional old town to the East all making ideal locations for an excellent days outing. All four Cottages have been recently converted allowing existing features and modern day architecture to compliment design and give each cottage its own individuality. All cottages are fully centrally heated, kitchens fully fitted complete with dishwashers, fridge, freezers and all the bits and bobs, beds are compete with duvets and sheets, throw overs provided if required, towels are also supplied. A curtsey welcome pack is provided on arrival comprising bread, milk, cereals, biscuits, cheese, jam, tea, coffee and sugar to allow you to settle in without the requirement for a large shop.
